We have available 30 min sessions and 60 min sessions.

The TRIAL FLIGHT (or experience flight) has only one ambition and that is to get everyone to experience the thrill of flying an Autogyro (also known as a gyrocopter or gyroplane). It is quite breathtaking. You won't be disappointed!

What we do ... who we are ...

Here at the GyroSchool we fly the CAA approved MTOSport & MT-03 gyroplane compliant with all requirements of the gyroplane airworthiness code, BCAR Section T. It is operated by most training schools around the world, they are one of the most reliable, best performing gyroplanes available. This makes them the first choice to many owner-pilots together with low operating costs.

The GyroSchool provides you with the very best of training in helping you to gain your CAA PPL(Gyroplanes) and the breathtaking Kent countryside provides a superlative and magnificent backdrop for it. The CAA PPL(G) is recognised worldwide.

Here at the GyroSchool we also offer Further Training if you already hold your PPL(G). We offer invaluable Farm Strip Training particularly useful if you are aiming to fly out of tricky private strips or indeed your own field; this is very challenging but extremely enjoyable. It introduces a different side to flying an Autogyro and explores the full potential of this amazing aircraft.

All training is carried out by a CAA approved Instructor. GyroSchool is also registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

The GyroSchool is the only School within easy traveling distance in and out of London. Many students actually pop in from London for a day or for a Trial flight and all agree - it is really very contagious...

For those staying the entire week we can recommend a nice B&B 10 mins drive away from the airfield.

We are based at Stoke Airfield in Medway, Kent. It is within easy reach of London. There is plenty of parking at the airfield and a warm tea or indeed coffee is always at the ready for those pilots braving the skies. Why not stop by and have a look...
